The Knicks are always looking for a star
Bradley Beal? Ben Simmons? Heck, even Chris Paul will do it at this point.
As the Knicks prepare for another free will adventure in 2021, swapping a star now would help break the ice for others to eventually follow suit.
Keeping RJ Barrett and Mitchell Robinson should be a priority, but all options will be on team president Leon Rose’s table as he seeks to remodel a once iconic franchise. Even chasing a semi-star in Zach LaVine, Kevin Love or Blake Griffin would be an upgrade and sell tickets.
The Knicks should call on any teams in the league who are willing to listen as they make Choice # 1 available. 8 in general and all early futures.
