Lavar has stated that the Knicks are the best franchise for his son LaMelo
LaMelo Ball came out or rather, it was the father who did it. Lavar said the Knicks would be the best choice for his son
“The best measure, in my eyes, is New York,” said Lavar. “The New York Knicks because I know Melo. Melo is a big city guy. He likes it. He will like it. So everyone talks about the kind of things in the city. Cleveland, he already lived in Cleveland. He doesn’t like that cold like that – especially if you are not in with many bright lights.
“So I think it’s time for New York. I feel like they have the first choice, about the fact that they’ve lost it so many times and it’s time for them to happen.”
