New York Knicks that was LeBron’s first choice in 2010
LeBron James rocked the NBA by choosing to leave the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2010 for the Miami Heat where he teamed up with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh. He won two championships during the four years he spent in Miami. But, it could have been a different story.
According to NBA analyst Bill Simmons, it was the New York Knicks that was LeBron’s first choice in 2010. Though, the Knicks could not handle the situation the right way and ended up losing the opportunity to sign one of the league’s biggest stars.
“From everyone I’ve talked to, it’s clear that the Knicks were the first choice. It was basically the Knicks’ to lose, and they just couldn’t stay out of their own way,” Simmons said.
