Cole Anthony really wants to play with the Knicks
A team that stands out as a potential landing place for Cole Anthony are the New York Knicks. Right now, the Knicks are planning to choose No. 6 in the draft and in desperate need of perimeter directors.
Anthony fits the bill, and like a boy calling home in New York City – it would be a match made in heaven.
“He would definitely like to play in New York,” said Brickley. “He grew up in Manhattan.”
While many prospects are taking a break during the extended COVID-19 offseason, Anthony is pushing himself harder than ever, he rarely fails to reach the field – and even using “prison training” at home.
“It’s ridiculous how hard he really is with himself,” said Brickley. “He is extremely competitive. He embodies that hardness of New York”.
